When a creator or affiliate code leaks to coupon sites or browser extensions, shoppers who
type it without the creator's link get no discount — and see why.

Turn on the LinkLock app embed in your theme (needed for links to unlock codes).
Open theme editor
Create a discount: Discounts → Create discount → LinkLock discount.
Set the code, percentage and (optional) end date, then share the link it shows with the creator.
Go to Discounts
Check your other codes: Discounts → More actions → LinkLock: check code health.
Shopify removes an app's discounts when the app is uninstalled, so LinkLock discounts would stop working for
creators. Convert them to normal discounts first (same code, same percentage, same limits — they will then work
for anyone). Codes you locked from your affiliate app need nothing: they simply work for anyone again.
